目前市場(chǎng)上適用于超聲波清洗的清洗劑有非常多的選擇,從清洗劑的性質(zhì)對(duì)超聲波清洗的影響來看,在選擇超聲波清洗劑時(shí)可從以下幾個(gè)方面考量:

2、清洗劑表面張力、蒸汽壓、黏度

超聲波清洗的主要機(jī)理是空化作用,而清洗劑表面張力、蒸汽壓、黏度等特性與超聲波空化強(qiáng)弱息息相關(guān),不同的清洗劑其空化閥值也不同。當(dāng)清洗劑表面張力大、黏度大時(shí)是不利于超聲波空化的,而高蒸汽壓也會(huì)降低空化強(qiáng)度。因此,表面張力大、蒸汽壓高和黏度大的清洗劑都不利于超聲波清洗。

The cavitation threshold of different cleaning agents is also different. When the surface tension and viscosity of the cleaning agent are large, it is not conducive to ultrasonic cavitation, and high steam pressure will also reduce the cavitation intensity. Therefore, cleaning agents with high surface tension, high steam pressure and high viscosity are not conducive to ultrasonic cleaning.

需考慮廢液處理問題,優(yōu)選常溫、低毒、安全、高效的新型環(huán)保清洗劑。其次,需要注意的是當(dāng)超聲波清洗設(shè)備未做任何防爆措施時(shí),嚴(yán)禁使用易燃易爆的清洗劑。
Firstly, waste liquid treatment should be considered, and a new environmental protection cleaning agent with normal temperature, low toxicity, safety and high efficiency should be selected.
